Orders received Monday to Friday prior to 12 midday will be despatched via standard Australia Post that day. 

Orders received Monday to Friday after 12 midday will be despatched via standard Australia Post the next business day. 

Orders received after 12 midday prior to a public holiday will be despatched the next business day after the public holiday.

During peak times, eg Christmas, there may be 1 or 2 days delay in processing orders.

Express shipping is available at a cost and delivery time is usually 1-2 days within Melbourne and 2-4 days elsewhere.

Shipping to New Zealand is free for all orders over $100 and Express Shipping is an additional $20. As at 30 November 2022 regular shipping time to NZ is approximately 9 days.
