RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase/s from Alouette Bijoux. If, when you receive your order and are not satisfied, please contact us at jo-anne@alouettebijoux.com within 3 business days of receipt. There is a $20 fee payable for packing and postage on all returns.

Sale and/or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.

Any purchase made with Afterpay is non-refundable; instead you will receive a credit note to the value of your order. Afterpay is a separate entity.

REPAIRS

We provide a three-month warranty period for pieces where we will repair the item at no cost. Jewellery will only be repaired/replaced upon assessment. 

Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater).
