Alouette Bijoux offers store credit in exchange for returned goods. Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel including your order confirmation number and what you wish to return.
Please note we are unable to accept returns or refunds for pierced jewellery due to Victorian hygiene legislation.
Sale and/or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
Any purchase made with Afterpay is non-refundable; instead you will receive a credit note to the value of your order. Afterpay is a separate entity.
Please confirm sizing suitability for Alouette Bijoux pieces by carefully checking the measurements listed in the description prior to purchase as refunds are only provided for faulty items.
When bought from our store, we provide a three-month warranty period for pieces where we will repair the item at no cost except for the postage to us and back to you. Jewellery will only be repaired/replaced upon assessment.
When posting the item back to us, please include a prepaid post satchel that has been addressed to yourself and your best address.
Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater).
We reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned period.
