We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Alouette Bijoux purchase. Unfortunately, due to Victorian health regulations, jewellery cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All sales are final unless the item is faulty.
We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Before you return a faulty product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used.
Please contact us before you send the product with the reason for return and so that we can provide you with a unique RA number: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then forward to you packaging with postage for you to return the faulty item.
Once we have received the faulty item for repair, refund or exchange, please allow another 5 business days for your request to be processed.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.
A pre-order item is made-to-order and our manufacturing only commences after a customer places an order.
Our Alouette Bijoux customer service team operates Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 5:00pm AEST.
One of our team members will respond to your email within 24 hours.
Any emails sent over the weekend will be answered on the following Monday.
